�^ CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />January 22, 2002 <br />An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council for the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 6:23 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Staff Present: <br />Deirdre H. DeLaRosa <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />January 22, 2002 <br />Mayor Bennett asked the Councilmembers present if there were any agenda items that were <br />in Conflict of Interest pursuant to CMC §2.04.030. No disclosures made. <br />' PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The period for Public Comment was closed, as there were no requests to speak. <br />ACTION ITEM <br />Approve and Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving the Specific Terms and Conditions <br />and Special Award Conditions for a $1,000,000 Public Works and Economic Development <br />Grant from the Economic Development Administration and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute all necessary documents pertaining to the EDA Grant, RESOLUTION NO. R-17-02. <br />Greg Lantz, Program Manager, presented an overview of the specific terms and conditions <br />and special award conditions pertaining to the Economic Development Administration Grant <br />for Council consideration and requested approval of staff's recommendation. <br />Motion/second by CM Zamora/DeLaRosa, to approve staff's recommendation and adopt and <br />approve Resolution No. R-17-02.
