R-110-89 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF <br />ADAMS ST. WEST OF LINCOLN ST. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />having elected is proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 <br />et. seR. of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of <br />California, and having held a public hearing as provided therein, <br />hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that the portion of <br />Adams Street west of Lincoln Street as per plan recorded in <br />Book 31 of Maps, Page 39, records of San Bernardin.: County, <br />State of California is unnecessary for present or prospective <br />public street purposes and the public interest and convenience <br />requires the closing cf said street with the City reserving <br />all utility easements. <br />Section 2. Accordingly the City Council of the City <br />of Colton hereby orders the vacation of Adams Street west of <br />Lincoln Street. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of August, <br />�a <br />APPROVE AS TO <br />STEPHEN W.
