R-100-90 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF "J" STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does herereby declare its intention to order the <br />abandonment of all that portion of "J" St., between 2nd and <br />3rd Sts. and north of the I-10 Freeway. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 16th day <br />of October, 1990, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, <br />Colton, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time <br />and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting <br />to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C. Hutton, Director of Public <br />Works of the City of Colton, is hereby directed to cause <br />"Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted as required by law. <br />
