R-102-91 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING ALTERNATE <br />MEMBERS FOR THE PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES <br />OF THE SOLID WASTE ADVISORY TASK -FORCE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton established member - <br />p of the Solid Waste Advisory Task -Force, as required <br />Public Resoures Code Section 40950 (AB939, stats 1989); <br />WHEREAS, such membership includes ten repre- <br />tives from the solid waste industry, environmental <br />izations, the general public, special districts, and <br />ted governmental agencies appointed by the City and <br />y representatives of the Task -Force to status as <br />rs of the Task -Force. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />SECTION 1. Approval is hereby given for the <br />public members of the Solid Waste Advisory Task -Force <br />have alternates. <br />SECTION 2. Designated alternates shall be <br />ointed as alternate members of the Task -Force by action <br />the City and County representatives of the Task -Force. <br />
