R-110-98 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-98-98 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (RANK AND FILE UNIT) <br />AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and <br />representatives of the Colton Police Officers Association (Rank and <br />File Unit) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibits "A" and attacnea nereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />shall be effective as of July 1, 1998, contingent upon signature of <br />the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this lst day of fir, 1998. <br />I ATTEST: <br />arolina P.
