RESOLUTION NO. R-109-01 <br />1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />2 JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />3 <br />4 WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />5 Year commencing July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2002 was approved and adopted <br />6 on June 15, 2001; and <br />7 WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />8 ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />9 WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />10 activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />11 <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />12 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />13 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />14 SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 <br />15 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Professional Services Account in the General Fund <br />16 <br />17 Parks, Recreation & Family Services Account Number 100-6200-6205-2350, and <br />18 decreasing the Revenue Account, Number 100-6050-6756 for the amount of <br />19 $6000.00. <br />20 SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />21 herein. <br />22 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY of November 2001. <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 DEIRDRE H.
