R-112-01 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />4 COLTON PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />5 THE INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT TILE ON THE <br />COLTON COMMUNITY CENTER POOL <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, the Colton Community Center pool is in great need of new tile to replace <br />8 broken and worn tile, and <br />9 <br />WHEREAS, the City does not have the expertise and/or manpower available to <br />10 complete this scope of work, and <br />11 <br />12 WHEREAS, informal bids have been solicited, and indicate that this project will cost <br />13 up to $10,000. <br />14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />15 OF COLTON: <br />16 <br />17 SECTION 1. Accept an additional $10,000 for installation of tile at the Community <br />18 Center pool, amending the adopted FY 2001 — 2002 budget. <br />19 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November 2001. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 DEIRDRE H.
