R-09-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1 <br />12001 and ending June 30, 2002 was approved and adopted on August 7, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />I the City and all applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between department activities may <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fisc <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Fire Department Account Number 100-6091 <br />6091-1180, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 for the amount of $2500.00. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS Ie DAY OF JANUARY, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />;AROLINA P.
