R-102-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2001 <br />and ending June 30, 2002 was approved and adopted on June 15, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved Budget is in accordance with all applicable Ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increase/decrease) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION1. It has been necessary to make an Amendment to the 2001/2002 Fiscal year <br />Budget, increasing the Capital Expenditure account in the CIP Account Number 457-6800- <br />6842-3890, and Revenue Account Number 457-5791 in theAmount of $50,000. Said amount <br />was received from the State of California for the completion of the Carnegie Library Project. <br />SECTION 2.
