R-103-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS <br />OF THE COLTON INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD ELECTRICAL <br />WORKERS (IBEW) AND THE CITY OF COLTON - <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of ineetings <br />befinreen representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the International <br />Brotherhood Electrical Workers (IBEW) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et <br />seq. <br />NOW, THEREF�RE, BE fT RESOLVED that the proposed changes to the IBEW <br />Memorandum of Understanding are incorporated in the Consolidated Memorandum of <br />Understanding, attached hereto as EXH{BIT "A" and said document is adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as <br />of July 1, 2002, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2002. <br />, <br />� .1�\�►! �►. �, �,li►i!► <br />. -.- -. <br />ATTEST: <br />�/� rL./�/ �jr�ir��` <br />'�'�,'�--_. <br />CAROLINA P.
