R-20-23 <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> 4 COLTON AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022/2023 CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT BUDGET <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the City intends to support the City's goal to improve the City's traffic <br /> 7 safety and infrastructure; and <br /> WHEREAS, the HCF Fund accounts for monies received and expended from the <br /> 8 County of San Bernardino for the Waste Disposal Agreement (WDA); and can be used for <br /> 9 the Street Improvement Project; and <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the Host City Fee can be used to fund street improvement and <br /> rehabilitation projects; and <br /> 11 WHEREAS, the City of Colton wants to amend the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Capital <br /> 12 Improvement Budget for the FY 21-22 Asphalt Paving Project; and <br /> 13 WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2022- <br /> 2023 Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br /> 14 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> 15 CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 16 Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are incorporated <br /> into this Resolution by reference. <br /> 17 Section 2 Amend the adopted FY2022-23 budget to: <br /> 18 • Increase appropriations in Host City Fee Fund FY2021-22 Citywide Paving Project capital <br /> 19 improvement account number 240-2346-6150-3890-0000-000 by $143,807.17. <br /> 20 PASSED,ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 21s DAY 0 ' MARCH, 2023. <br /> 21 <br /> 72 ��ib, _ ._41 . . _ . . <br /> -.- <br /> 23 Mayor <br /> 24 <br /> 25 ATTEST: <br /> 261• Pets ( r4c1- rk <br /> ) <br /> i77 CAR LINA R.
