R-19-23 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING THE FISCAL <br /> 4 YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE $25,385 IN THE BUILDING <br /> MAINTENANCE FUND FIRE DEPARTMENT MAINTENANCE <br /> 5 ACCOUNT FOR REQUIRED MOLD REMEDIATION <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23 was approved by City Council, and <br /> 7 <br /> 8 must now be amended to increase appropriations in the Building Maintenance Fund Fire <br /> 9 Department Maintenance Account to proceed with a mold and asbestos removal contract; and, <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the funding will be utilized to provide mold and asbestos removal <br /> 11 services at Fire Station#212 to help ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br /> 14 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 15 Section 1.
