R-18-23 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING THE FISCAL <br /> 4 YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET FOR THE STORM WATER CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT EXPENDITURES BY$19,083.25 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23 has been approved by City Council, <br /> 7 and must now be amended to increase appropriations in the Public Works, Storm Water Fund <br /> 8 <br /> capital outlay miscellaneous equipment account for the purchase of a compact track loader <br /> 9 <br /> (Caterpillar Inc.,model 259D3); and, <br /> 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the funding will be utilized to support the City's goal to improve the <br /> 11 <br /> 12 City's infrastructure and safety operations by providing adequate storm drain cleaning and <br /> 13 restoration services. <br /> 14 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br /> 15 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 16 <br /> Section 1.
