RESOLUTION NO. 3359 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 3 OF COLTON, AMENDING,, CORRECTING,, AND <br /> SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 3344, AMEND- <br /> 4 ING RULE I AND RULE XI OF RESOLUTION NO. 2240, <br /> PERSONNEL SYSTEM RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR <br /> 5 THE CITY OF COLTON. <br /> 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> 7 <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 8 <br /> Section 1 . That SECTION 2 and SECTION 3, of Rule XI <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Attendance and Leaves of Resolution No. 3344, be amended to read as follows: <br /> 11 SECTION 2 . Accumulation of annual vacation leave: <br /> 12 a. 2) Deleted. <br /> 13 3) During years six and seven in a payroll status, one <br /> 14 day per calendar month, cumulative to 24 days . <br /> 15 b. 2) Deleted . <br /> 16 3) During years six and seven in a payroll status, twelve <br /> hours per calendar month, cumulative to 288 hours . <br /> 17 <br /> 18 SECTION 3 . Use of annual vacation leave: <br /> 19 b. For Safety employees, no vacation shall be taken during the <br /> first year of service . For all other employees, no vacation shall <br /> 20 be taken during the first six months of service . <br /> 21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that by and through stenographic <br /> 22 <br /> inadvertence and excusable neglect, Resolution No. 3344 did not expressly <br /> 23 <br /> indicate the intent of the City Council to make the effective date thereof July 1, <br /> 24 <br /> 1973 . Accordingly, Resolution No. 3344 is hereby amended, corrected and <br /> 25 <br /> 26 supplemented to read as follows, to-wit: <br /> 27 Section 2 . The following paragraph is added. <br /> 28 Section 4 . The effective date hereof shall be July 1, 1973 . <br /> 29 Section 3 . All other provisions, terms, and conditions of said <br /> 30 <br /> Resolution No. 3344 as amended herein, are hereby ratified and confirmed . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
