1 RESOLUTION NO. 3358 <br /> 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> 3 OF COLTON, AMENDING SECTION 6, OF RULE VII, <br /> OF RESOLUTION NO. 2240, PERSONNEL SYSTEM <br /> 4 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON. <br /> 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br /> 6 AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 7 <br /> Section 1 . That Section 6 of Rule VII, Examination, of Resolution <br /> 8 <br /> No. 2240, be amended to read as follows: <br /> 9 <br /> RULE VII EXAMINATIONS <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Section 6. Review of papers: Any candidate shall have <br /> the right to inspect his own examination papers within <br /> 12 ten days after the notices of examination results were <br /> mailed, except that candidates shall be prohibited from <br /> 13 reviewing standardized written examination when <br /> 14 contractural arrangement with testing services so <br /> stipulate. Any error in computation, if called to the <br /> 15 attention of the Personnel Officer within this period, <br /> shall be corrected. Such corrections shall not, however, <br /> 16 invalidate appointments previously made. <br /> 17 Section 2 .
