Vargas, Chief Deputy City Clerk <br />Proclamation - City Treasurer Aurelio De La Torre <br />Mayor Navarro read a proclamation recognizing City Treasurer Aurelio De La Torre for his honorable <br />and faithful service to the City of Colton for over 18 years. Mayor Navarro then invited the rest of the <br />Council to join him at the podium to present Aurelio with a plaque of recognition for his outstanding <br />commitment and remarkable achievements. Aurelio expressed his appreciation to all of the elected <br />officials and staff members that he was able to work with as the City Treasurer and shared his <br />positive experience working in the City of Colton. <br />Recognition - Walmart Store Managers <br />MPT Echevarria presented a recognition certificate to Cheryl Peetz and Naeasia Cole, who are the <br />Managers for Walmart in Colton, for their service and contributions to our city; accepted by Cheryl <br />Peetz and Naeasia Cole. Echevarria described the different community events, charity initiatives, and <br />charity drives, that have benefited the City of Colton, and thanked them for their commitment to giving <br />back to the community.
