HUTTON, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORK/Date: 2/10/93 <br />SUBJECT: TRAFFIC FEE FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />RECONFIRMATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF PROJECT LISTING <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City of Colton collects Traffic Fees as a mitigation measure <br />r from all new developments in the City of Colton to fund Traffic <br />related improvements as a part of the Cities circulation system <br />under the general plan. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />In December 1991 Council approved the first Traffic Fee Fund <br />Capital Imp-rovement program for 15 projects as is shown on the <br />attached Exhibit "A" 91/92 projects list. <br />The project hist may be reviewed and reconfirmed annually to <br />provide for modifications to the list resulting from <br />A. completed projects. <br />B. on going projects under design or construction <br />C. projects being partially funded by the Traffic Fund <br />(for local contribution) with its major funding <br />source coming from State or Federal transportation <br />funds, and <br />D. new projects being added as a result of recent <br />developments or grant funds obtained during the year. <br />
