Oty of <br />01ton <br />Z i <br />39roolution <br />OF RECOGNITION <br />TO: CRISPIN LUNA <br />WHEREAS, Crispin (Cris) Luna, a student at Colton High <br />School, has qualified to compete in the national <br />Vocational -Industrial Clubs of America (VILA) Sheet <br />Metal competition; and, <br />WHEREAS, Cris recently took the gold medal in sheet metal <br />manufacturing at the regional competition held in <br />Sacramento, California, and last year he finished <br />with a silver medal at the regional competition; <br />and, s. <br />WHEREAS, on June 21st Cris'will travel to Louisville, ; <br />Kentucky, to represent Colton High School and the <br />State of California at the national VICA competi- <br />tion; and, <br />WHEREAS, Cris is a fine example of the teaching dedication <br />of Mr_ Willoughby, and the budgetary efforts of the <br />Colton School District who by keeping VILA classes <br />open to students help develop employment skills <br />in their students. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Frank A.
