FREEMAN, CITY MANAGER <br />FROM: RANDY ANSTINE, NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: Use Of Fleming Park <br />DATE: July 22, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Once again, the Neighborhood Services Department is hosting the City of Colton's Annual Summer Concert in the <br />Park Series at Fleming Park. The concerts are scheduled on Monday evenings beginning August 12, 1996 and <br />ending Monday September 12, 1996. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The City of Colton Neighborhood Services Department requests the use of Fleming Park on Monday evenings <br />beginning August 12, 1996, and ending Monday, September 12, 1996 for the Summer Concert in the Park Series. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />Deny Request. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />All expenditures for the Summer Concert in the Park Series were approved in the Department budget in Account <br />.Number 01-8018-40. <br />Randy Anstine, 14910borhood Services Director <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None, <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />In the past, the response by the Community to the Summer Concert in the Park Series has been very positive. <br />Concerts were well attended: therefore, staff requests approval of this request. <br />Page 1 of 1 Item No. <br />Attachment: <br />RA/bjw <br />
