Gabriel, Economic Development Director�� <br />Anna Vega, Finance Director <br />SUBJECT: Consideration and Approval of the Project Change Order to <br />Landscape Maintenance Contract <br />DATE: June 24, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />As outlined in the budget document for Fiscal Year 96/97, staff is hereby presenting <br />the change order to the City's landscape maintenance contract, for the maintenance <br />of the Cemetery grounds. The contract and description of responsibilities are attached <br />hereto. The amount of the Change Order will not exceed $2,700 per month, and <br />$31,400 on an annual basis. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Funds are budgeted in the Fiscal Year 1996/1997 Cemetery Operation Budget, <br />Account #24-4070-35 for this contract. <br />Hani W.
