CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For the Council Meeting of August 19, 1997 <br />To: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />Approval: Len Wood, Interim City Manager RO <br />From: Randy Anstine, Neighborhood Services Directof �z <br />Subject: Use of Fleming Park - The Church of God of Prophecy <br />Date: August 6, 1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Church of God of Prophecy, Pastor Al Saucedo 816 Colton Avenue, Colton, is <br />requesting the use of Fleming Park for a religious concert on Saturday, September 20, <br />1997. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. There is no anticipated costs associated with this use. The only use of personnel <br />associated with this use, would be the cleaning of the Park. The maintenance of the Park <br />should be done on a regular basis. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the use of Fleming Park for the Church of God <br />of Prophecy. <br />Attachment: Facility Request Application <br />Item No. 18 <br />
