The actual event will <br />take place between the hours of 2:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m. and has been coordinated with a <br />committee and the Neighborhood Services Division. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Impact is minimal for the use of the park. <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPACT: <br />The events are presented to enhance the quality of life for the residents and visitors. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the request by Neighborhood Services Division for the use <br />of Fleming Park & Bandshell on. April 24, 1999 from 8:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m., May 6, 1999 <br />and May 15, 1999.
