The listed intention for use is to remember the events of <br />September 11, 2002. A copy of the facility use application has been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Fleming Park presents an aesthetic, high-profile, centralized location to reach the community as <br />a whole, and the event should positively impact the community. The estimated attendance for <br />this event is approximately 250 people, including 200 adults, 50 teens, and 50 children under <br />13 years of age.
