Item #11 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF February 19, 2002 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Kenny — Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Reservation Request for Fleming Park — Calvary Chapel Colton <br />DATE: February 6, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Calvary Chapel Cotton has submitted a facility reservation request for the use of Fleming <br />Park on March 29, 2002. Their listed intention for use is to present a youth concert and a <br />drama performance. A copy of their facility use application, as well as a supplemental letter <br />from the organization has been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Fleming Park presents a high-profile, centralized location to reach the community as a whole, <br />and the event has the potential to positively impact the community.
