Recommend denial. <br />DATE: November 6, 2002 <br />Item #8 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
