After additional discussion, moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4276, adopting new Rate Schedule. Unanimous 2 81 vote. Library City Manager Elliott advised that the Colton Library Board recommends the Colton Public Library close on Saturday, January 29, 1983, for moving pruposes, and open the new Library on Monday, February 28, 1983. Mr. Elliott said the Grand Opening Ceremony will be held on Friday, February 25, 1983, at 2:00 p. m. Mr. Elliott concluded Staff has reviewed the proposal and would recommend Council approval. Councilwoman Garcia asked if the Satellite Library would remain open. Librarian Hornburg replied yes, it would. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, approving Staff's recommendation for Library move and Grand Opening. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: City Manager Elliott stated he was requesting a Closed Session with the City Council at the end of the meeting. ORDINANCE NO. 1634 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance Nos. 1633 and 1634. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:47 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer matters, and reconvened at 8:15 p. m., all Members present.
