REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />December 4, 2001 <br />DUPLICATE <br />ORIGINAL <br />A Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 5:13 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Chairperson DeLaRosa <br />presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Members Present: <br />Richard A. DeLaRosa, Chairperson <br />Sarah S. Zamora <br />Helen A. Ramos <br />Kelly J. Chastain <br />Deirdre H. Bennett (appeared at 5:28 p.m.) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Staff Present: <br />Daryl Parrish, Executive Dir. & Sec <br />Dean Derleth, General Counsel <br />Carolina P. Barrera, Asst. Sec. <br />The period for Public Comment was closed, as there was no requests to speak. <br />CONSENT ITEMS <br />1. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes for November 6, 2001 and November 20, 2001. <br />Motion by Member Ramos, seconded by Member Chastain to approve the Consent Calendar. <br />Motion carried with Member Bennett absent. <br />SCHEDULED ITEMS. <br />1. Approval of a Resolution Reaffirming and Revising the Joint Participation and <br />Cooperation Agreement between the City of Colton, the Redevelopment Agency for the <br />City of Colton and East Valley Land Company, Resolution No.793 <br />Former Redevelopment Director Robb Steel presented for Agency consideration and approval <br />of staff recommendation. <br />Motion by Member Bennett, seconded by Member Chastain to adopt and approved Resolution <br />No. 793. Unanimous vote. <br />2. Update on Results of the Cooperative Advertising Campaign by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, American RV Expo and Giant RV. <br />(Oral Report) <br />Program Manager Greg Lantz presented the Colton Miracle Mile of RV's Quarterly Report for <br />the Agency as a Power Point Presentation, <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />General Counsel Derleth announced that the Agency Members would meet in Closed Session <br />to discuss Item as listed below: <br />
