CITY OF COLTON CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY MARCH 21, 2006 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:06 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Suchil, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez, and Mayor Bennett. City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss items A, C and D, and Item B would pulled and not be discussed. CLOSED SESSION: A.
