DEFINITIONS
<br />SECTION I
<br />101 A "public eating place" as referred to in this Chapter,
<br />shall mean
<br />_Ll it and include every restaurant lunch room, tea room,

<br />soda fountain, buffet, grill room, lunch counter, sandwich stand,
<br />13 dining room, coffee shop, public boarding house, hotel, club,
<br />141 beer parlor, cocktail lounge, vehicle, labor or construction camp

<br />kitchen and dining room, and every other place where food or drinks
<br />16 are prepared or sold, to be consumed on the premises, and all

<br />1'7� kitchens, commissaries and other rooms appurtenant thereto or
<br />181 connected therewith. All places where sandwiches, lunches, box
<br />i
<br />19ii lunches, etc., are prepared for sale to the public shall be
<br />201 classified as public eating places.
<br />21 A "food handling place" as referred to in this Chapter,
<br />22 shall mean and include every building, room basement, cellar,
<br />23,1 bottled water establishment, vehicle, establishment and every
<br />i
<br />24 i; place used for the production, preparation, for sale, manufacture,
<br />packing, storage, sale transportation or distribution of any food.

<br />26I An "itinerant food concession" shall mean any food

<br />27l handling or public eating place operating in conjunction with
<br />28�i fairs, circuses, carnivals or similar shows or celebrations of
