That Section 10, 2 of Article 10 of the Uniform Traffic <br />Ordinance, adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton on the 15th day of <br />November, 1960 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />, <br />Section 10. 2 One Hour Parking I <br />When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been <br />< i <br />determined by the City Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice <br />I <br />thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle betwee <br />I the hours of 8 A. M. and 6 P. M. or any shorter interval of time of any day i <br />except Sundays and Holidays for a period of time longer than one hour. <br />SECTION 2. That it is necessary that this Ordinance shall take effect <br />immediately in order for said Ordinance to coincide and coordinate with the re - <br />maining provisions of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance and therefore, the passage <br />i <br />of this Ordinance is an emergency matter, and it is hereby ordained that said <br />Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />City Council of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Colton. <br />PASSED,.
