i4 <br />15 <br />16 <br />i7 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />29 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 110 0 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO, 1074 UNIFORM TRAFFIC <br />ORDINANCE. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 10, 2 of Article 10 of the Uniform Traffic <br />Ordinance, adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton on the 15th day of <br />November, 1960 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />, <br />Section 10. 2 One Hour Parking I <br />When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been <br />< i <br />determined by the City Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice <br />I <br />thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle betwee <br />I the hours of 8 A. M. and 6 P. M. or any shorter interval of time of any day i <br />except Sundays and Holidays for a period of time longer than one hour. <br />SECTION 2. That it is necessary that this Ordinance shall take effect <br />immediately in order for said Ordinance to coincide and coordinate with the re - <br />maining provisions of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance and therefore, the passage <br />i <br />of this Ordinance is an emergency matter, and it is hereby ordained that said <br />Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />City Council of the City of Colton. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Colton. <br />PASSED,.
