I1 i PROOF Publish 25 copies ORDINANCE NO. 1102 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE 19 61 -19 62 TAX RATE FOR THE CITY OF COLTON 1 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I Section 1. The rate of taxes sufficient to raise within the City of I Colton, the amount heretofore fixed by Ordinance as the amount necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable property in the City of Colton as revenue i to carry on the various departments of the said City for the current year, 1961- 1962 and, to pay the bonded indebtedness of said City and the expense of i collecting such amount, basing said rate upon the total value of the property within said City as heretofore reported by the County Auditor of the County of San Bernardino to the City Council of said City, is hereby fixed as follows: f For the City of Colton, exclusive of South Colton Annexation Districts No. 5 and 7, East Colton Annexation No. 8 and North Colton Annexation No, 5, the amount of: One Dollar and seventeen and one-half cents ($1. 17500) upon each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows: Retirement .32169 1934 Water and Sewer Bonds .02341 1957 Fire and Electrical Bonds .03330 Advertising and Promotion .03955 Library Fund .14503 General .61202 Total 1. 175 00 For that portion of the City of Colton, known as South Colton Annexa- tions No. 5 and 7, East Colton Annexation No. 8 and North Colton Annexation No, 5, the amount of $1.11829 upon each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows: Retirement .32169 Advertising and Promotion .03955 Library Fund .14503 General . 612 02 Total 1.11829
