That Section 3 entitled Changes of Ordinance No. 1074 is hereby <br />amended to add thereto, on Sub Section 16A the following, Viz: <br />Name of Street or <br />Portion affected. <br />East "F'' from Warm Creek to East City Limits <br />South Third Street and Riverside Road from <br />11011 Street to La Cadena Drive <br />Declared Prima Facif <br />Speed Limit <br />45 MPH <br />35 MPH <br />Reche Canyon Drive within City Limits 25 MPH <br />2„ Effective Date - This Ordinance shall be in force and effect thirty <br />days after final passage. <br />3.
