OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 800 <br />BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE <br />NUMBERED SECTION 4d - TIME FOR SOLICITATION, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AS FOLLOWS.,,TO WIT: <br />SECTION 1. That a new sub section numbered 4d be added to Section 9 <br />of Ordinance No., 800„ <br />Section 4d„ Time for solicitation. No permit as herein <br />contemplated shall be issued to allow solicitations before 9 a.m. in the <br />morning or after sundown. <br />SECTION 2.
