That real property in the City of Colton <br />described as follows, to wit: <br />Lots 6 through 10, Block C, Tract 2171, and <br />a portion of Block 80, Lot 4, San Bernardino <br />Rancho. <br />Beginning 19.9' + northerly of the southwest <br />corner of Lot 15, Block C, Tract 2171, thence <br />westerly 397.01' +, thence northerly 988' +, <br />thence easterly 171.84' +, thence southerly <br />926' + to beginning. <br />Nine (9) acres +. <br />is hereby taken out of M-1, Light Manufacturing Zone and placed <br />in M-2, Heavy Manufacturing Zone. <br />SECTION TWO. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub- <br />lished once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of July, 1969. <br />WILFRE E.
