That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one <br />Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and <br />304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification <br />of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to <br />said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference <br />indexed on map numbered as follows: <br />(a) Map 4817-12 Index No. A-5-69 <br />Change R-1 zone to C-2 zone <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of <br />the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above <br />referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is <br />hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City <br />of Colton adopted by Ordinance 1323 in accordance herewith to <br />show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall <br />be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />
