I ! <br />it <br />��- ORDINANCE NO. 1347 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF <br />CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED <br />"WEST COLTON ANNEXATION NO, 26" ° TO THE <br />CITY OF COLTON. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: <br />I <br />b I <br />I � <br />WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1969, the Council <br />of the City of Colton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 2963 <br />91 <br />giving notice of the proposal to annex certain uninhabited ' <br />11� territory to the City of Colton, said territory being therein <br />1211 designated as "West Colton Annexation No. 26" said Resolution <br />131 describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be <br />1A <br />annexed; and <br />1.5 I <br />ii WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 2963 did contain a 1 <br />16 !� i <br />notice of the day, hour and place, when and where the Council <br />17 <br />a <br />of the City would hear protests made by any person owning real <br />19 property within the territory proposed to be annexed, the time 4 <br />20 of said hearing being not less than forty nor more than sixty a <br />I <br />21 days from the date of passage of said Resolution; and <br />22j WHEREAS, on the lst day of July, 1969, at the hour <br />23 <br />of 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center located <br />24 <br />11 at 650 North Eighth Street in the City of Colton, County of <br />25 it <br />San Bernardino, State of California, said time and place being <br />26 ! <br />27 <br />the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution No. 2963 for <br />! <br />28! hearing protests to the said annexation, the said City Council <br />i <br />291 did hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed <br />1 <br />vo <br />annexation and did determine th,--)t protests had not been made <br />31i by the owners of one-half of the value of the privately owned r <br />32 <br />i <br />i <br />i ,' <br />
