BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS : 'I SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: .i 7 II 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally I'I i held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one 9i Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 10 I 304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. 12 I 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the 13 adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification 14i of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to _-5 11 said application. 16 i 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended 37 action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference 18 fi 19 I,! indexed on maps numbered as follows: �I 12• and Ma 4817-8, 9, 10, 11, 12 20 a} Map 4816-10,p �. ;i Change R-1, M-1, and M-2 Zones to FP -1 and FP -2 Zones 22 !I �' Index No. A-9-69 23 24 ( 4.
