That the Agreement with the Southern Pacific Transporta- <br />tion Company covering the installation of underground power lines at Ninth <br />Street in the City of Corton is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby <br />authorized to sign, for an on behalf of the City of Colton, that certain, <br />Agreement by and between the Southern Pacific Transportation Company and the <br />Citgo of Colton. <br />PASSED' ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of January, 1976. <br />L T A HUNTOON <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />HELEN A.
