That the Agreement with the 'City of San Bernardino relating <br />to the Mill Street Overcross Project is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby <br />authorized to sign for and on behalf of the City of Colton, that certain <br />Agreement as approved. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND.APPROVED, this 3rd day of February, 1976. <br />ALBERT A.
