That the Superintendent of Streets has here- <br />tofore filed Reports of Work dated January 25, 1984, pursuant to <br />Section 5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, relating to the construction of certain improvements <br />completed in the following cases: <br />i <br />Alley paving between 10th and 11th Streets and <br />between "B" and "C" Streets. <br />SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of <br />said Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on <br />the 21st day of February, 1984, in the Council Chambers, it will <br />hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the re- <br />ports of <br />eports'of the work of the Superintendent of Streets, and the <br />amount of the assessment assigned against the real properties <br />described in said Reports. <br />SECTION '3. That all protests or objections must be in <br />writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set <br />for hearing of protests and objections. <br />
