1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />1 ]. <br />12 <br />13I <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />2-5 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4413 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY.OF COLTON SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR <br />ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT <br />OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS. <br />(Chapter 27 District Number 83-3) <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has here- <br />tofore filed Reports of Work dated January 25, 1984, pursuant to <br />Section 5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, relating to the construction of certain improvements <br />completed in the following cases: <br />i <br />Alley paving between 10th and 11th Streets and <br />between "B" and "C" Streets. <br />SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of <br />said Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on <br />the 21st day of February, 1984, in the Council Chambers, it will <br />hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the re- <br />ports of <br />eports'of the work of the Superintendent of Streets, and the <br />amount of the assessment assigned against the real properties <br />described in said Reports. <br />SECTION '3. That all protests or objections must be in <br />writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set <br />for hearing of protests and objections. <br />
