RESOLUTION NO. 4563 <br />1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A RELEASE OF COMMUNITY <br />2 DEVELOPMENT FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLE- <br />MENTING HOUSING REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES <br />3 AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS PER - <br />4 TAINING TO THAT ACTIVITY. <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton approved the Community <br />7 Development Housing Rehabilitation Activities by adoption of Resolution No. <br />8 4446, dated April 3, 1984; and <br />9 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement said Housing Rehabilitation <br />10 Activities. <br />11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />12 Colton authorizes a release of Community Development Funds from Account <br />13 No. 16-9930-89 in the amount of $8,585.40 for Case Pllo. 83-STBG-077-01 and <br />14 $8,151.08 for Case No. 83-STBG-077-03. <br />15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />16 authorizes the Director of Community Development to enter into any and all <br />17 agreements pertaining to the aforementioned case. <br />18 , PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1985. <br />19 <br />20 <br />ALBERT A.
