R-105-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTHLY <br />FITNESS PASS MEMBERSHIP AT THE GONZALES COMMUNITY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a fee schedule for a monthly fitness pass <br />membership program at the Gonzales Community Center on May 18, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, research regarding this fee schedule has indicated that some of the initial <br />approved fees may be prohibitive for certain residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is committed to ensuring that fees for all programs are <br />fair for the residents of Colton, and desires that the fee schedule for the monthly fitness pass <br />program at the Gonzales Community Center is affordable for Colton residents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />A <br />new fee schedule is <br />established for the <br />Monthly Fitness Pass <br />Program, at the <br />Gonzales <br />Community Center. <br />This fee schedule <br />is effective October 1, <br />2004, and is as <br />follows. <br />Monthly Fitness Pass — resident = $ 15.00 per month <br />Monthly Fitness Pass — non-resident = $ 30.00 per month <br />Fees unchanged by this resolution shall remain active, and shall not be affected by <br />this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2004. <br />.40-1A P , Ld. <br />DEIRDRE H.
