R-05-05 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLUTION TO GRANT ANOTHER <br />DESIGNATED PERIOD FOR TWO YEARS ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT FOR <br />AN ELIGIBLE MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is a contracting Public Agency of the <br />Public Employees' Retirement System; and <br />WHEREAS, said Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two <br />Years of Additional Service Credit, Government Code Section 20903 and 7507, based on <br />contract amendment included in said contract that provided for Section 20903, Two Years <br />Additional Service Credit, for an eligible Miscellaneous Member; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does seek to add <br />another designated period and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to <br />add a designated period from February 2, 2005 to May 2, 2005 for an eligible local <br />Miscellaneous Member in the following position: <br />MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER: <br />Wastewater Utilities Manager — Water and Wastewater Department <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of February, 2005. <br />' 1] • <br />ATTEST: <br />Ctj.11VlJ 1C.(U2tP.o &A.c9ti 4JV-k, L% C(6j <br />CAROLINA <br />P.
