Hutton, Director of Public Worksf <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Cocmion Use Agreement for the Date: July 12, 1989 <br />Reche Canyon Channel <br />As part of the construction requirements for Tracts #12563-12566, a bridge culvert <br />crossing the Reche Canyon Channel was conditioned by the County of San Bernardino <br />Flood Control District. <br />The District, which is the permitting agency, requires a joint use agreement for all <br />"areas of common use".
