CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of August 21, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: EDMUND SOTELO, CITY MANAGE <br />Date: 8-14-90 <br />SUBJECT: POLICE OFFICER PAUL MANNING, <br />LEAVE OF ABSENCE <br />BACKGROUND <br />Paul Manning, Police Officer, was approved a six month leave of <br />absence without pay beginning February 14, 1990.
