Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Encroachment Permit for the City of Date: February 14, 1990 <br />San Bernardino in the Median Strip on Mt. Vernon <br />Avenue <br />The Colton Traffic Committee reviewed and approved a request from the City of San <br />Bernardino to install a median strip with entry sign on Mt. Vernon Avenue north <br />of Grant Avenue. <br />The City of San Bernardino has agreed to all conditions of the encroachment permit <br />including additional requirements for maintenance and liability coverage. Attached <br />is a map showing the location on Mt.
