Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Additional Appropriation for Date: February 12, 1990 <br />Legal Publications Account <br />The City Clerk's Legal Publication Account is overdrawn. This account <br />is used to publish all City Council legal notices required by law. The unusual <br />number and length of urgency ordinances adopted the past six months has caused <br />the added expenditures. <br />Staff is requesting that the City Council approve an additional $7,500 <br />from the City Council Contingency Reserve Account. This additional appropriation <br />will provide sufficient funding for the remainder of the fiscal year. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the additional appropriation <br />of $7,500 from the City Council Contingency Reserve Account, to the City Clerk's <br />Legal Publication Account No. 01-1101-34.
