SOTELO, CITY MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: <br />Attachments: <br />CAR ALLOWANCE FOR CITY LIBRARIAN Date: June 11, 1990 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City provides a car allowance for designated officals and <br />employees that are required to use their own vehicle for City <br />business. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM <br />The City Library has been established as a seperate depart- <br />ment. On numerous occasions the City Librarian must travel by <br />motor vehicle to represent the City.
