For Council Meeting of February 5, 1991 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />SUBJECT': <br />BACKGROUND: <br />John. C. Hutton, Director of Public Works, <br />Final Acceptance of the 5th Street Curb and Gutter <br />Project as 100% Complete, and Authorize the Filing <br />of the Notice of Completion. <br />Date: January 28, 1991 <br />The 5th Street curb and gutter project was funded by a OCD grant. The Council awarded <br />the construction contract to AAA Paving. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />AAA Paving has successfully completed the project and is now requesting Council's <br />acceptance of the project.
