SOTELO, City Manage <br />SUBJECT: Reject Ail Bads and Rebid the Logging Date:December 26, _990 <br />Recorder for the Police Department <br />BACKGROUND <br />} At the Council Meeting of November 6, 1990, the City Council authorized <br />General Services to go to bid for a new emergency 9-1-1 Logger Recorder <br />for the Police Department. On December 6, 1990, General Services adver- <br />tised for sealed bids for this requirement. Bid opening was held at <br />3:30 P.M. on December 18 1990. Two bids were received and evaluated. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM <br />a Both vendor's submitted bids for two different recorder models.
